The application deadline is Friday, April 25 for the final 2025 cohort of INCO Academy’s free Green Digital Certificate program, which was co-created with LinkedIn and is designed to equip people with the knowledge and skills to build sustainable digital solutions.

Here are the key aspects of this program, which is open to people in the United States:

  • 100% free and online

  • Self-paced course 

  • Time commitment of 18-25 hours over 5 weeks

  • 5 week program, starting April 7, 2025

  • Live sessions with a facilitator

The content of this program includes 4 core modules, 4 electives, and a capstone project. Benefits for participants include:

Internship Spotlight: WWF’s BRIDGE Program

The application period recently opened for more than 25 paid summer 2025 internships available via WWF’s BRIDGE program.
 
BRIDGE is WWF’s summer internship program. Launched in 2021, it is a paid internship opportunity aimed at a pool of talented undergraduate and graduate students who could bring fresh thinking and innovation to the environmental sector. In particular, WWF aims to employ interns who have not previously had a breadth of professional experience and have not previously considered conservation as a career pathway.

Applicant must be a current, active student enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program. For doctoral students, applicant must not have completed any more than two years of coursework.

Key aspects of this program include:

  • Undergraduate and graduate positions available.

  • Pay: $20.50/hour for undergraduates, $22.50/hour for graduates

  • Virtual and hybrid options available.

  • 10-week summer program from June through August.

  • Full-time schedule (35/hours week) – including every other Friday off.

  • Access to professional development opportunities, including Cornell University’s eCornell program and resume and interviewing training.

  • Access to networking opportunities, including meetings with WWF’s staff and leadership team.

There has been a tremendous outpouring of interest in this event, with more than 30 booths and 1,500 attendee sign-ups. If you're in the Washington, DC area this is the event you don't want to miss!

This in-person event will provide professionals across various sectors the chance to grow their careers, connect with industry leaders, and gain valuable career development insights.

Greater Cincinnati Earth Day Festival Includes Career Fair

The Greater Cincinnati Earth Day Festival, organized by the Greater Cincinnati Earth Coalition, will include an environmental career section, with interactive booths, exhibits, and information on careers and educational opportunities.

Founded in 2007, HeatSpring is an online education and training platform for careers in clean energy and sustainability. HeatSpring offers more than 300 courses (including more than 150 free courses) and they are a leading provider of clean energy certifications like NABCEP, OSHA, FAA and others.

The first initiative in this collaboration will focus on supporting job seekers who are interested in careers in the solar industry. Here are the details:
